Beginnings
Upon graduating from Washington County Career Center in 1977, owner Dan Schott worked as a transmission and rear end re-builder. Determined to have his own repair business, Dan founded Schott's Repair Service, Inc. in 1982.
His first location was in a small two stall garage in Warner, Ohio. In 1987, Dan moved his repair shop to it's current location at 5503 State Route 821 in Whipple, Ohio. Here, the business has expanded and grown into a successful truck repair facility.
Schott's Repair Service, Inc. has developed a strong reputation in the trucking industry for fast, reliable service and excellent customer satisfaction. Employees of Schott's Repair Service, Inc. contribute to the company's ongoing success and growth by providing the services and programs that meet our customers' needs.
Equally determined for success, Cindy Schott continues as a partner in the operations of Schott's Repair Service, Inc. After having two 2 children, Melissa and Christa, Cindy came to work in 1987 as Office Manager. Daughter Melissa now fulfills that role.
